Combat Rules

The Combat Rules page lists all rules related to combat and explains how to perform combat. The different rules have their own pages.

Initiative

The first part of combat, split between mental and physical. It is found by rolling 1d100+5xY. Y is equal to the governing skill, wit for mental and reflexes for physical.

Mental and Physical Turns

After rolling Initiative you'll have your two scores, mental and physical. These go on the turn ladder, the higher the score the faster they act. PCs take priority over NPCs. On your mental turn you take mental actions and lock in any advanced physical actions you wish to take. On your physical turn you take any instinctual/basic actions or wait till your mental turn to perform advanced ones.

Weapon and Armour Grading

Each weapon or armour is graded on a 1-10 scale except for a few Super Heavy weapons. Only grade 10 weapons on an Excellent Success or Super Heavy weapons can pierce Super Heavy armour.

Each grade a weapon has above an armour improves it's level of success or fail by 1.

Each grade a weapon has below an armour requires the level of success to be 1 higher(Starting from Greater)
